From the living room and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the Italian mountains. Two of the three bedrooms have a balcony. All 3 bedrooms have generous beds, in this chalet no bunk beds and sofa beds! There is a large indoor storage room.
A wonderfully spacious garden provides space to laze around and plenty of space for the children to play.
Good wifi available as well as a washing machine and dryer, stove wood is sufficiently available.
In Kötschach and the surrounding area there are many nice restaurants where you can eat delicious food for a friendly price! Also many cozy terraces for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We discover new places every time. There is a "serene" tranquility in the lively village of Kötschach.
A holiday in Kötschach is also highly recommended in June, September and early October. The before/after summer and autumn are very beautiful with lots of sunny weather and wonderful temperatures.
In the summer months there are regular music performances and there are many activities in and around Kötschach such as folklore and music festivals, food and drink festivals (Speck, Käsefestival etc.). Guided tour of a Gailtailer farm in Kirchbach, Mega dive in St. Lorenzen. Many possibilities of outdoor activities such as: hiking from leisurely to difficult up to 2700 m. altitude, cycling, climbing, rafting, swimming, sauna (Aquarena), golfing etc.
In the winter period, there are several challenging or leisurely ski areas in the area for a sporty or fun skiing holiday. After a day of skiing, you can warm up by the wood-burning stove.
