Our renovated house is located close to the Grossglockner
This detached holiday home is located in a small village with many amenities.
Due to its location on the south side of the Alps, this area has many hours of sunshine in both summer and winter.
In the summer months you can indulge in breathtaking walks in the vicinity of the house, as well as the various activities in the immediate vicinity.
The house is a 10-minute drive from Heiligenblut, the nearest ski village.
The other 2 ski areas, the Lienzer Bergbahnen, are half an hour's drive away.
Next to the house is a ski meadow where you can practice and enjoy the first steps in the snow of your (grand) children.
Because there are two floors, it offers sufficient privacy for larger groups.

Through the entrance you enter a spacious hall.
The cozy living room with pellet stove has 2 sofas.
There is also an 8-person Austrian seating area. There is a stereo set with DVD player and flat screen TV. Via satellite you receive, among other things, all Dutch channels. From the room you come to the indoor balcony with a view of the mountains.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, fridge.
On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms, 1 large with a double bed and a smaller one with 2 single beds.
There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and bathroom furniture.
In the basement is the second bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom furniture and 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed

The laundry room has a freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer that you can use.
Free WiFi is available in the house.
In the garden around the house you can relax and enjoy the sun.
The house is also easily accessible in winter.
