Servus at our ''Haus'' with completely new swimming pool! Our house is an old farmhouse that has been lovingly converted by the previous owners into a wonderfully comfortable residential home. It is only 5 minutes by car from 100KM of varied slopes and the lively apres ski of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The house has a spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms for adults with double beds and a bedroom for children with a spacious bunk bed. You can store your winter sports gear in our ''skiraum'' after a wonderful day. With a bit of luck, you can toboggan in your own garden with the 2 wooden sleds that you can use.

The house is suitable for 6 and 2 children but there is also an extra sofa bed for another 2 people. We have fully furnished the house so that you lack nothing. In the relaxation room we have a professional football game, a shuffleboard, various books and games are of course not lacking. 2 bathrooms complete the house. The windows in the living room are like a painting. Enjoy the view! Outside we have a private swimming pool, and 4000m2 of enclosed garden. Your dog is also more than welcome with us!

Our house is spread over 3 floors: basement, ground floor and upper floor. The site is also equipped with stairs, etc. and therefore less suitable for people who have difficulty walking.

Relax As soon as you cross the border of Austria, you will notice the difference. The traffic is quieter, people are less hurried and the further you drive into Austria, the more beautiful nature will become. Carinthia has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Mountains, lakes, forests, fresh clean air and all the possibilities to relax with activities in nature. As the ultimate relaxation experience, enjoy the wellness in Bad Kleinkirchheim, and you will never want to leave. 

Discover Carinthia has a rich culture. The cities of Spittal, Villach and Klagenfurt are beautiful cities to visit and to shop. The artists' town of Gmünd is also recommended, as is the Porsche museum in the same place. In Radenthein you will find the Granatium. A place to learn everything about the stone of ''love and passion''. Landskron is an old castle where shows with birds of prey are given in the summer. In Millstatt you will find the Lindenhof Wirtshaus und Biergarten. A beautiful old monastery where you can eat or have a drink on the terrace. Or at one of the other beautiful places directly on Lake Millstatt. But of course there is infinitely more to discover!

Experience Austria and Carinthia in particular, offers a wide range of activities and experiences for the whole family. Hiking, cycling, golf, swimming, and of course in winter skiing, snowboarding, sled dogs and cross-country skiing. In the summer there are many open-air concerts and theaters that you can visit, such as the Burgarena Finkenstein. In winter, ice skating on the Brennsee or Weissensee, the many snowshoe hiking trails or with a horse-drawn sleigh through the winter wonderland of the Turracher Höhe. It's all possible and much more.
