In the house there are 3 bedrooms for 6 people, each with a large double bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Our guests have the entire villa including garden and swimming pool at their disposal. All duvets have neat and fresh duvet covers. Towels and beach towels are included.
All bedrooms are equipped with functioning air conditioners and blackout curtains. A good night's sleep is guaranteed!
If you still need or want to do the laundry during your holiday, there is a large washing machine available.
The entire villa is equipped with newly installed fast fiber optic connection. In the living room and in the mastrebedroom you have access to a new 43-inch smart TV with built-in WiFi. Netflix - Amazon Prime - HBO ect can be watched with your own account.
You will stay in the quiet neighborhood of Paradera in the center of Aruba in a luxury villa that is closed all around (parking with several cars on site is possible). The villa is very modern and fully equipped with a bar table for 4 people, an open kitchen with dining area and a beautiful living room overlooking the garden. The newly constructed and attractively lit swimming pool (with a drinks bench and a max. depth of 1.40 meters) completes the whole. There are sunbeds and chairs around the pool.
On the side of the house is a large, completely covered outdoor area, equipped with a BBQ on Gas, a picnic table and plenty of space for your own activities. This country estate is attractively lit in the evening. There is also an outdoor kitchen.
The beaches of Eagle Beach with many activities are within driving distance of villa. Very rich sandy beaches with beautiful crystal clear water. There are beach chairs in the villa, but also a cool box and ice packs. Palm Beach with its many restaurants is also only a few minutes' drive away.
Supermarkets are within walking distance. Other facilities such as a large ATM square, gas station, restaurants, pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity.
