Our detached holiday home with studio and swimming pool is located in the quiet neighborhood of Sully Villas in Aruba.
The house has a large living room and spacious kitchen. 3 bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom
At the rear of the house you will find the studio with its own kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. The studio has its own entrance. This studio is not rented separately

In addition, you will find the swimming pool with sun loungers and tables, chairs and BBQ. In a separate room you will find the washing machine, dryer and beach chairs. All rooms have air conditioning.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is centrally located on the island.
From the airport to the house is a 20 minute drive. From the house to Oranjestad is a 15-minute drive and to the beaches Eagle Beach, Palm Beach and Arashi it is a 15-20 minute drive.
A rental car is desirable.

I am the owner of this beautiful house in Aruba
I hope you feel as at home there as I do.
12 years ago we decided to have a house built in Aruba. In March 2013 the house was completely to our wishes and we started making an advertisement. Since that time it has been rented out as a holiday home. Casa Elly has been for rent as a holiday home since November 2024

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our prices are per night per house with a maximum of 8 people.
If you have booked, you will receive a booking confirmation/invoice. 20% of the total sum must then be paid. If the deposit is not paid within 14 days, we have the right to cancel your booking.

The remaining amount (80%) must be paid no later than 1 month before departure.

In case of cancellation within 2 months before the rental date, 50% of the rental price remains due.
In case of cancellation within 1 month, the full rental amount remains due.
We therefore advise you to take out cancellation insurance
