Our villa is newly built and fully equipped. After arrival at the airport in Aruba, you will be warmly welcomed at the house by our caretaker. Here you can take off your warm clothes and dive into your swimming pool and then enjoy a nice cool drink on your porch. The caretaker will show you around the house, explain it and answer any questions you may have. The villa is located in a new well-kept neighborhood in Modanza. The villa is located 10 minutes from Oranjestad, the airport and the beaches. The villa is fully equipped and everything is there. Have a nice holiday !!

At the next roundabout, continue straight on. You will see KOOYMAN DIY store on your right. At the next roundabout, continue straight on. At the next Ovotonde, take the first exit towards PARADERA. The house is equipped for 4 people. It has a spacious living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large porch, a beautifully designed garden with a private swimming pool. The bedrooms have a double box spring and air conditioning. The beds can be placed together or apart.

The house is fully furnished. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and American fridge with ice maker. Kitchen utensils, pans, crockery, etc. fully present. Linen, fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, pillows, towels (for bathrooms), tea towels are provided. You must bring your own bath towel. The house also has a hot water boiler for a hot shower. Property is equipped with an alarm and has a safe for your valuables. Flat screen TV with BVN (best in the Netherlands) and wireless internet.
