Welcome to our newly built studio located near downtown Oranjestad on Aruba.

This beautiful studio is 50 m2 in size and fully furnished and fully equipped. In addition, it has a beautiful communal area, BBQ area as well as a refreshing swimming pool. 

Experience comfort and style in our brand new, elegantly designed room. This fully furnished space features a comfortable double bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of your own private kitchen, equipped with all the essentials to provide your own meals.

Relax with a 55-inch smart TV with internet access and IP TV options to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Although you will especially enjoy all the beauty that Aruba has to offer

The modern bathroom is equipped with a hot shower, for a refreshing start or end to your day.

We provide two beach chairs, two beach towels, a small cool box and a shade tent (see photos). All you need to bring is your smile, your clothes, and your flip-flops—and then it's time to enjoy the beach!

We are Bjorn, Tanja, Arthur and David. In 2024, we made the exciting decision to immigrate to Aruba, where we now enjoy all that this beautiful island has to offer. In addition to our new life here, we wanted to share our passion for hospitality.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation tenant

1. The tenant must cancel by confirmed email.

2. In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs:

a. 0% of the rent for more than 1 month before the start date of the rental period;

b. 25% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 1 week before the start date of the rental period but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period;

c. 50% of the rental price in case of cancellation less than 1 week before the start date of the rental period but no longer than 1 day before the start date of the rental period;

d. 100% of the rental price in case of cancellation on the start date of the rental period.
