Aruba Home

Aruba home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Punto di Oro. It is a beautiful well-maintained four-person bungalow about 3 KM away from Oranjestad and about 5 KM from one of the most beautiful beaches of Aruba "Eagle Beach" and "Palm Beach".

The grounds of the bungalow are fully walled, have a private garden and parking space. The house is equipped with an alarm system and has two cameras aimed at the front garden and parking space. No CCTV on the Veranda and backyard because of your privacy.

The bungalow has air conditioning in all rooms. Both bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower which is equipped with hot water and toilet. Bed and bath linen are of course provided. Normally one room is equipped with a King-size bed and the other with two single beds, but if desired, we can adjust the arrangement to your wishes.

The living room has a sitting area with sofa, TV and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with a four-person dining table, spacious fridge with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and has coffee and tea facilities.
The spacious veranda has a lounge-dinner set, there are four sunbeds and there are some beach chairs, you can of course use the washing machine.

Of course WIFI is available for free (Speed 170/17 mbps).

Management;
The management of the property is provided by Pure Joy Property Management.
Upon arrival at the house you will be welcomed by our manager. They will make sure you receive the keys and explain everything to you.
During your stay, you can contact one of them at any time with questions.
Pure Joy Property Management can also provide additional services;

-They can take care of the first groceries for you so that there is a drink in the fridge on arrival and that breakfast for the first day is arranged. You provide a shopping list in good time. (25 dollars + of course costs groceries)
If you want to make use of an interim cleaning for a fee, the manager can take care of this.
