A lovely villa with 4 spacious bedrooms. A large enclosed garden provides sufficient privacy to enjoy the sun and the swimming pool. The house also has a luxurious, large European kitchen with dishwasher. There is also an alarm system, Cable TV and an ADSL wireless internet connection. Thanks to the large, covered porch, a wonderful place has been created where both shade and wind can be found. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool. There is also a dining table so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. The garden of this villa is completely fenced and landscaped with white gravel and plants, connected to a drip system. You can reach the beaches or the beautiful golf course of Tierra Del Sol within 5 minutes by car. It is a 10-minute drive to Oranjestad.
