Are you a bit adventurous and want to see more of Aruba than the white beach? Then stay with us, conveniently located in the middle of the island and a 6-minute drive from the airport. Our apartments are equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. A kitchen (hot water for washing up) with a 4-burner gas stove, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, a private porch with chairs, TV, fiber optic internet, two separate bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and the other with two single beds which you can link if you wish. A shower also with hot water, a large flower garden with oleanders, bougainvilla, aloe, picnic benches, sunbeds and a saltwater swimming pool. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, parties are not allowed, pets are not allowed, children under 2 years are not allowed either. No drugs on site. We advise you to rent a car to explore our beautiful island and we can help you with that too.

I'm Janet and your host at the Balashi apartments. From May 1, 2018 I live on the beautiful island of Aruba and I manage the 7 apartments on Balashi 7D in the Frans Pas. We are in the middle of nature, in the middle of the island: a small oasis of peace. The entire site is walled and 2000m2 in size. I am 57 years old and I come from the Netherlands. If my guests are happy then I am happy.

Explanation of prices

The rental price is per apartment per day with normal electricity and water consumption. We are very active in living more environmentally conscious lives and saving energy. You too are borrowing the world from the children of the future. The wonderful Aruban climate with sunshine and lots of wind is ideal for living with the windows and doors open. We therefore ask our guests to only use the air conditioning in the evenings and nights and only in the bedrooms. The Balashi apartments are located quietly, in the fresh breeze and in the middle of nature. We have a nice swimming pool in the garden, the grounds and parking lot are completely walled. We are really for guests who are a bit more adventurous, who love peace, nature, walking, hiking and exploring the island. The accommodation is not suitable for children. It is also important to know that we have two (young) dogs on the premises: 2 bullmastiffs, Miss Elli and Miss Zazou. They like to come and have a look and a cuddle.
