- No kettle. A whistling kettle is not practical for me. Gas stove seems to have a mind of its own. Bathroom very small, especially for 4 people. Large mosquitoes. Punctured in the woods and at the cottage. :(

Fully furnished. Lots of privacy in and around the cottage. Great furniture. To return to fondly.

Lovely place, very private, quiet (except for the twittering of the birds, but who doesn't want to wake up like that?). Friendly Frisians, many beautiful and varied cycle paths through forest, farmlands. Possibility to rent a boat nearby. Oudemirdum is a sweet village with a cozy square (within walking distance) where you can eat or have a drink.

Due to the mature vegetation around the cottages on the holiday park, you have a lot of privacy. Hetbhuusje is complete and everything is available. Good beds.

Nice house with all the comforts you need. It is clean and wonderfully quiet. A big advantage is that you can walk straight into the forest but are also close to the IJsselmeer.
