A nice spacious apartment in an excellent location. The only criticism I would have is the outdoor furniture is in need of an update but other than that it was great.

Good location. Nicely decorated. Good communication with landlord. Can be a bit noisy in the evening because of kaffe that is downstairs. Good facilities.

The apartment is very humid and that had nothing to do with the bad weather. Upon arrival, there was already a lot of mold in the corner of the room and bedroom. The bedroom curtains were already completely black from the mold ...

The apartment is very humid and that had nothing to do with the bad weather. Upon arrival, there was already a lot of mold in the corner of the room and bedroom. The bedroom curtains were already completely black from the mold at the bottom, doors did not close or got stuck on the floor. Shutters were not present, cushions in the chairs and sofa were very hard. Balcony table had had its day (table top broken). Shower doors leaked at the bottom (even when closing carefully), roll holders in the showers were both loose. The shower in the hall was very tight, you could barely get past the sink. We would not recommend this apartment despite the beautiful pictures.
