House is higher so there is a nice view. Very nice pool plus outdoor shower. Used the bbq outside, very cozy and all stuff within reach. It is a nice house where you can relax. All amenities such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, are close by. All kinds of beaches, small and large are also close by. Even 1 within walking distance of 15 minutes. Delicious food in the town of Moraira. Nice walk along the shops in Benidorm. In short, this villa is highly recommended. Compliments to the owners. Well taken care of!

We enjoyed this super nice holiday home. Drink a cup of coffee at your private pool in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening with a beautiful view over the valley. It was just amazing. Beautiful sea with nice terraces...

We enjoyed this super nice holiday home. Drink a cup of coffee at your private pool in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening with a beautiful view over the valley. It was just amazing. Beautiful sea with nice terraces and all this within walking distance. Slept very well in the soft beds and if it is a little colder in the evening than there was the cozy fireplace. Full of romance in the blissful South.... What more could a person ask for? We will definitely come back!

Swimming pool and underneath is completely finished and also really nicely done!
Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy it due to an unbelievable mosquito infestation! Never even being able to sit outside, let alone eat outside.
We were there for 9 days at the beginning of October, the house gets little sun in the morning and evening, so the pool was already too cold to enjoy it.
Tip, Be careful with the cost of Electricity in Spain 30,- € for the 9 days and we never used the air conditioning or heating? Only the energy-saving light bulbs in the evening.
The owners are attentive and respond immediately.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful, spacious and neat villa with all the comforts. Nice view over the valley.
The swimming pool is large and the villa is wonderfully quiet.
The villa is ideally located between Moraira and Calpe, but our preference was for the cozy Moraira.
Both the air conditioning and all the channels on the TV are a plus.
The contact with the owners Johan and Anja was very pleasant. So was the friendly welcome by Annie.

This summer we were able to stay with our 2 children for 2 weeks in the house of Johan and Anja. We enjoyed! Johan is very nice and helpful. The house is perfect for family of 4. The pool is very large and the cottage is beautifully situated in the mountains, for us a perfect location to make trips to the beach or villages in the region. If we go on holiday to Costa Blanca again, we will definitely check in at Casa Rosella again.

Cozy Spanish villa located in a beautiful region, within walking distance of the sea. Beautiful view from the terrace over the entire valley. From the pool and garden you have a magnificent view over the mountains and the valley.
The residence is a 10-minute walk from the beach and by car you are 10 minutes in the center of Calpe. Ideal for both a rest and active holiday.
I will definitely come back here, highly recommended!

The past two weeks we have enjoyed our holiday and this beautiful location and stay. We were received very kindly and received a clear explanation about the use of the house and the associated facilities. The house is located on a beautiful large piece of land, lots of privacy and beautiful views.

The property is ideally located between Moraira - Calpe. But the other nice places such as Javea, Denia, Altea and Benissa are also all very good and quick to drive.

We will definitely come back here if that is possible in terms of availability. Highly recommended!
