We are Simo-Jan & Ivonne and we live in Zwolle. Together we have been coming to beautiful Javea (Xàbia) on the Costa Blanca for almost 20 years). I myself have been coming to this place for almost 40 years, where my parents had this fantastic house (Vista Brillante) built.

Since this beautiful place kept itching, we made the decision in 2019 and bought another house (Vista Solvarez) in Javea together. This house, also for 6 people, is only 2 minutes from the 1st house. This also makes it possible to combine.

The beautiful surroundings with views, bays and a friendly atmosphere are the perfect combination for a relaxing holiday. We like to let our guests enjoy this. We are sure that you will enjoy a wonderful holiday, just like many guests who came before you!
