We contacted them about the grade 7 which was given for "Hygiene" because we were curious about this and want to learn from experiences. During the stay, the guests had come across dust/dead insects in their search for mosquitoes in the wall lamps, near a table lamp and on some sockets (dust). We picked that up immediately.
