Studio with outdoor kitchen jacuzi and a lovely bed with very sweet owners who pamper you completely and the area lends itself to beautiful trips. Don't hesitate, just book!!

The Casetta del Angelo is a nice and unique place from which to shape your holiday in Tuscany.

You can tell from everything that Janneke and Hein enjoy receiving guests in their studio with outdoor kitchen. They are a special and hospitable couple who do everything they can to make sure you have a real holiday in the Casetta del Angelo. For example, Hein had the air conditioning of our car repaired. We didn't have to worry about that anymore. We enjoyed eating together, the beautiful conversations and of course the vin santo with cantuccini.
The casetta is an attractive garden shed and consists of a spacious room with shower and an outdoor kitchen where you can cook. The fantastic view is a big plus. The many seats with chairs, sunbeds and tables ensure that there is always a cool place in the shade to read a book or to enjoy the view over the valley. You can cool off in the jacuzzi.

It is a quiet place seven kilometers from civilization. By car you can reach Arezzo or Castiglion Fiorentino in fifteen minutes. In Castiglion Fiorentino we took the train to busy Florence to visit the Uffizi and the Duomo. Other renaissance places are easily accessible by car: Pienza, Arezzo, Siena, Monterchi and Anghiari. It's really nice to come home to the Casetta del Angelo after a trip. Just a day for yourself and that you don't have to do anything. With a book and a glass of wine, immensely enjoy the Tuscan landscape on your doorstep.

The food at Hein and Janneke is also a party, tasty and cozy.
Preparing food in the outdoor kitchen was also a special experience for us at this top location, after all, everything is there to make it possible.

We had a great holiday! Wonderfully free, beautiful view and fully equipped. If it was (too) hot, you could cool off in the jacuzzi, which was an absolute bonus!

After a long drive through Switzerland and Italy, we arrived in Castiglion Fiorentino.
After we had done some shopping at the Penny Market, Janneke and Hein came to pick us up, because there were breakups (which were not there, really Italian). The way up is 7 km including a gravel road.
After a warm welcome on top of the mountain, we got a good clear explanation of how everything works and what can be used in studio Casetta dell'Angelo-Casa on the grounds of Casa Gambaroncia. What immediately struck us was the incredibly beautiful view. So soothing and expansive. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped. The studio is nicely furnished and has a fridge and a nice bathroom.
It is wonderful to stay in the jacuzzi with of course the beautiful view. In addition to the beautiful view, there are also several seating areas where you can sit (in front of the studio, but also behind the outdoor kitchen). This is especially nice when it's hot to seek shade.
If you want, you can get breakfast in the morning (for a fee). Delicious when you sit down to your breakfast and can enjoy the view.
From the cottage you can go in all directions to, for example, Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo. But the larger cities are also easy to drive to.
We enjoyed the surroundings and all the tips we received.
Whether you want a short or long holiday, this is a wonderful place to recover from all the hustle and bustle.
