Delicious food in restaurants nearby and by the sea.

It was a super holiday, we enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful, relaxed holiday at Casa Sebilla. The cottage is equipped with every luxury. We did a workout every day in the morning in the shade on the terrace, swam and played golf. In addition, we enjoyed our walks in the area and along the coast, where we also enjoyed the terraces.

Casa de Sebilla is located on the edge of the Lo Pagan district. The beach, shops, center of San Pedro de Pinatar are easily accessible, especially with the available bicycles. The information we received beforehand was very complete and super useful. Nice trips to San Javier, Murcia, Cartagena and the Las Salinas nature reserve are possible from San Pedro. Lovely house, cozy and very fully furnished. We didn't miss anything, everything was there. In short, enjoy Casa de Sebilla!

Had a wonderful holiday in a prime location. Close to everything and yet in peace. The service of the additional rental of the car was an absolute plus. We will definitely go back!

Due to the lockdown and the bad weather in the Netherlands, we booked a last minute trip to Spain. It was a wonderful holiday. The house was clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. Still be able to make grateful use of the heated swimming pool. On New Year's Eve we were able to admire the fireworks from our balcony. And a 15-minute walk away is a beautiful beach (Playa la Puntica) where we could watch our children play on the beach from a terrace.

Casa de Sebilla is great, luxurious and fully equipped. Quiet location and nicely decorated, matching the look and feel of the house. Nothing to complain about, just compliments! Bedrooms with bathroom are lovely. The air conditioners make the sweltering nights pleasant. Beds sleep well. Kitchen well equipped and fully equipped, TV and sitting area nice to stay up to date with the news in the Netherlands every now and then.

Outdoor terrace, sitting area, sunbeds and the swimming pool are great! We floated in it with 2 air mattresses, tossed the ball, lay in the sun and cooled off. The plants on the side create a tropical atmosphere. Fits perfectly into the setting.

Key handover on arrival and departure with Mark also went well and as agreed. It may sound obvious, but starting and ending well does a lot.

Plenty to see and do in the area. Beach, villages and towns. Nice restaurants, and terraces in an area that has not yet been overrun by (mass) tourism.

In short: highly recommended! We were able to spend 2 weeks there with family of 4 with great pleasure and pleasure at the end of July / beginning of August.

The information received in advance was very extensive and therefore we were quickly in holiday mode. As a result, we had a delicious meal in a number of restaurants that were mentioned on the list. Very spacious kitchen inventory of excellent quality. Very nice beds with a very practical bathroom en-suite. Boulevard and beaches are within walking distance/short cycling distance. In short, it was a great experience and definitely worth repeating.

Glad we could come to the villa for a midweek. A top villa with lots of facilities! (Bicycles, enough towels, nice lounge set, etc.) A nice location if you want to switch off completely. There are also plenty of nice restaurants in the area, but the location may be just a bit too non-touristy for young tenants.

Wonderful weekend behind us. Were able to rent a car from the landlord that was ready at the airport upon arrival. Newly built house which was very neat / neat and modern, There were 2 bicycles to cycle to the boulevard or to do an errand. There were several small details in the house, which we found strange and nice. The area is not too touristy, lovely among the local people. We will definitely go back here, but a little longer...
