No damage was done. Guests have stayed unannounced (not requested) with more people and with pets than requested and promised. We sincerely regretted and dissented from that. As a result, the cleaning crew had extra work (the windows were all dirty from the dog and there was dog hair everywhere). Furthermore, we think the rating is rather poor for a new-build apartment that is equipped with every comfort and is immaculately cleaned by a professional team. The area is quiet (not in the city) so for people who prefer that should be perfect. We don't know what else we could have done to get a better review from these guests, but maybe because they apparently bought a rental apartment themselves. They asked our keyholder if they could take their apartment in their portfolio, but they declined. We can therefore give these guests a recommendation of 7/10.
