Wonderfully quiet accommodation with enchanting views! Restaurants, beach and shops are all within walking distance. There is some small overdue maintenance needed in the house, such as a broken blind, loose wall decoration. Unfortunately, the dishwasher broke down after 1 day, after reporting nothing further heard about this despite fine contact.

There is only one minor problem is there are steep steps to the property, but once you are there, it is totally worth doing it.
Whether you are on the balcony in the full sun all day, or sitting there at night, the views are just as incredible.

Had a wonderful holiday in Puerto de Mogan. Casa La Luz is perfectly located to enjoy your beach holiday, it is really only a three-minute walk to get to the lovely beach. The apartment has everything you need and feels very nice. The aforementioned stairs have not been a problem for us at all, that is inherent in the construction of the houses there, which are all built against the mountainside.
The town was just a bit too quiet, so it was still a bit too quiet at most restaurants to get a cozy atmosphere. I hope that tourism will flourish again, because both the apartment and Puerto de Mogan deserve to receive more guests again.
Contact with the owners and the local caretaker was perfect. We have nothing to complain about!

We spent from October 25 to November 8 in Casa La Luz and we enjoyed it so much. Yes, it's true that there are a lot of stairs, but we've really seen that as our daily exercise exercise. Or take enough rest in between and it's also doable. Do you have difficulty walking? Then it is not recommended.

Casa La Luz is really fully equipped, we immediately felt 'at home'. The playful décor in terms of floors makes it very cozy. If you want to watch TV in the evening, you will not be bothered by it at all in the bedroom, because this is on the other side of the apartment. Every day we had a delicious breakfast on the terrace with a phenomenal view, it never gets boring! The bedroom is relatively cool and for us (which is of course personal) a lovely bed and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped, a good oven, a (small) dishwasher, enough pans, cutlery, glassware, plates, etc. etc.
Since we have been for 2 weeks, we have had cleaning after 1 week including clean towels, bed linen and beach towels. Again, there is more than enough of everything, very nice!

We have been coming to Gran Canaria for quite a few years, but we are completely convinced. No more large complexes for us, but wonderful among the real Spaniards in such an apartment as Casa La Luz. We thought it was a real downer to have to go home again. We therefore recommend a holiday in Casa La Luz to everyone (provided you are good on your feet)!

For the second time we spent our holiday in Casa La Luz and again we liked it. The house is neat and the view is beautiful. For people with physical discomfort, this apartment is not suitable because of the many stairs. Not everyone reads the reviews, so a tip for the owners is to mention this in the description. There is also uncertainty about bed linen, cleaning costs, etc. On the site it is stated that these costs are included, but we had to pay 60 euros directly to Magda (cleaning lady) and 30 euros for an interim change.

We were in Casa La Luz for the second time after 2017 and again super satisfied. You immediately feel at home there, everything you need is available and the view from the terrace to the sea and the harbor is just beautiful.
