What a nice environment, partly because of your great house !! So attractive all the corners, the view, the interior, the construction, the pool, everything so neat and clean! A car is a must, center 5 to 10 minutes drive, walk 25 minutes. Supermarket not around the corner. Arenal sandy beach best nearby, is by car 15 minutes away. Really ENJOYED it!

Casa la Suerte: House of Happiness. And the house made that meaning completely true for us. The beautiful house is located on the slope of the Montgo. We called it the elephant mountain. From the nice, large swimming pool, you look out on that beautiful big 'elephant'. We give the location a 10, because we think the place is beautiful: quiet, with a fantastic view and a lovely large garden. "In the morning we had breakfast under the veranda with the authentic arches and enjoyed the view, in the afternoon the snack board by the pool and in the evening cooking in the outdoor kitchen. The house is fully equipped and beautiful seating areas. We mostly lived outside since we were there in August. The house inside also has a very nice atmosphere. The bedrooms have large fans that brought a wonderful coolness, so you hardly need the air conditioning to sleep well.
We explored the area by car: the numerous beautiful towns and beautiful bays and many nice restaurants.
When we arrived at the house we were received very hospitably, we could and were allowed to ask any question and when the gas bottle in the outdoor kitchen was empty, it was immediately changed the next day.
In short, we warmly recommend this house!

What a fantastic holiday home! From the first contact to the stay, a very nice and personal contact with the landlords Chris and Brigitte! Everything was arranged down to the last detail!
We had the pleasure of staying in the house for 2 weeks with our 3-year-old son. During these weeks, our parents came by to enjoy, swim and relax with the little man. And how successful it was! It is a lovely house with beautiful views, privacy, spacious swimming pool and very important to us: the outdoor kitchen! Every evening there with a glass of wine, enjoying the view and the setting sun, preparing the evening meal!
The pool is large and lovely in terms of temperature. It runs from shallow to deep so that everyone can use it.
The area is beautiful with nice places, a car is recommended
The house is fully equipped. You can see that the owners are working to make it even more beautiful. The only thing we personally might have missed were mobile umbrellas to create a little more shade by the pool. But a bit inventive and then it works.

Stayed here with the family in August. It is an attractive lovely house in a super place, with fantastic views, fully equipped. La Suerte; Happiness, lives up to its name, highly recommended!

Beautifully situated villa with stunning views of the valley and the mountains.
Quiet location with lots of privacy.

Nice and well-kept pool that is nice and deep on the side of the diving board.

Various seating areas on the various terraces. Both in the shade and in the sun. In short, a house where you can enjoy yourself to the fullest.

Javea is also a nice town with a pleasant boulevard. Many restaurants and bars directly on the boulevard with a view of the beach.

We had a very nice holiday here.

Casa La Suerte is a fantastic home of the sympathetic landlords Chris & Brigitte.

The house is located on a hill, so you have a magnificent view while maintaining privacy, and take maximum advantage of the wind on hot days.

There is plenty of space; in and especially around the house. The pool is large and slopes deeply, so you can easily take a nice dip. Outside there are several seating areas and sunbeds, in the sun and in the shade. The outdoor bar was used by us as a games bar during the day :-)

The kitchen inside is well equipped for making a full meal and the outdoor bar is ideal for preparing a nice piece of fish or meat.

The bathrooms are dated, but well maintained and - like the rest of the house - spotlessly clean. We understood that these will soon be renewed.

The bedrooms are spacious, nicely decorated and the beds sleep well. The ceiling fans were a relief, especially in the downstairs rooms it was very hot. Very nice that all windows are equipped with horns.

The living room is very tastefully decorated, but we have used it little.

Casa La Suerte is an ideal base for visits to the various beautiful beaches of Xàbia and surroundings, trips to Valencia, Alicante, Denia, Altea, etc. There is also a huge range of good restaurants in and around Xàbia in all price ranges.

We hope to come back to Casa La Suerte someday. Chris & Brigitte, many thanks for your good care and warm welcome!
