We had a wonderful stay here last weekend. Because we wanted to stay here with my parents, who are elderly, we rented 2 safari tents. That was a very good choice and beyond expectations! The spacious tents are fully equipped and have nice, sturdy beds. The compact kitchenette in the tent has a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and a Senseo machine.
The sanitary facilities at the campsite are neat and clean, the showers are spacious with a space in front of the shower where you can hang your belongings or put them on a bench, so that it does not get wet while showering.
We had booked breakfast 2 mornings and this was also delicious, extensive and well cared for. Delicious fresh rolls, apple juice with apples from our own orchard and nice fresh toppings (cheese, meat and sweet). Also delicious muesli / granola and yogurt.
The owners of the complex are very hospitable and helpful and told us about their plans to expand the Ferienhof with a Farmer's café and a number of small-scale apartments in the former horse stables. It is already a beautiful and peaceful place and this will certainly be a nice addition to the current offer. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back here!
