The holiday home is well maintained and the gardens around the house are also in perfect order.
Inside is everything you need: plenty of sockets, comfortable seats, nitpicks in the rooms and very important during hot days a well-functioning and silent air conditioning. In the kitchen, nothing is missing and there are quality appliances in excellent condition, no old depreciated appliances. All kitchen utensils from plates to pans and cutlery are also in perfect condition. Outside there are 2 sets of tables where you can sit in both the sun and shade. There is also nothing to complain about on the sun loungers. Outside you have a shower and a pleasant swimming pool, facing south/west where you can enjoy the sun until the evening. There was also a clear manual about the house and the operation of the devices.
Furthermore, a mandatory final cleaning is what I am very much in favor of. This way you usually end up in a clean house as was the case here. The administrators Sonia and Olexie were always ready for everything and gave a clear explanation. At 5 minutes by car you are at the 2 beaches. We will definitely go back, Patrick

A great complete house, all tranquility, good surroundings: sea within walking distance and within 10 minutes by car you are in the mountains. We enjoyed 5 months to the fullest.

We enjoyed the stay very much. We have stayed in a lot of holiday homes in recent years, but I have hardly ever felt so at home as here. The house welcomes you.

We stayed 2 weeks in August at Casa Prudentia.
We enjoyed the stay very much. We have stayed in a lot of holiday homes in recent years, but I have hardly ever felt so at home as here. The house welcomes you.
The house is fully equipped. There were also games and a well-stocked bookcase. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is very nice for the hot summer nights. Hardly makes any noise. The beds were fine for us.
The house is located in the middle of a villa area, but most of the time you only heard the sound of crickets.
There is a well-stocked local supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. The Lidl supermarket was also within walking distance for us, a 15-minute walk away. The center of Calpe and the beach are better done by car.
We will definitely come back to Casa Prudentia.

We had two great weeks in a nice house with lots of privacy and a great swimming pool! With the sea so close it was ideal for us. Very friendly landlord and also the hostess on site was very nice and helpful.

We have stayed for the second time in this great holiday home in Calpe and just like the previous time we had a super stay with excellent service from the owner and hostess.

The house is fully equipped and offers a lot of comfort. Beautiful large well-kept garden with lots of privacy and a lovely swimming pool including many umbrellas and enough sunbeds for the whole family. We made good use of the barbecue corner when we didn't eat at one of the many nice restaurants on the boulevard or in the village.

Inside there is a spacious modern kitchen, separate dining room and cozy living room with luxury audio and video/TV equipment. All bedrooms (both upstairs and downstairs in the studio) are equipped with well-functioning and noiseless air conditioning. In addition, the beds in the bedrooms are wonderful.

The location of the house is superb, in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, beach and the village close by.

We once again enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come a third time! (and who knows, maybe even more often!)

This was a really great holiday: swimming pool with water of 30 degrees, great location, beautiful garden, all utensils you can think of in the kitchen, we could even make our own espresso! one week like this and I am ready for the rest of the year. Calpe also is a great place.. lots of restaurants, beautiful beaches, sunshine, markets what else do you need. We did look at the Ifach mountain but it was too warm to climb. maybe we come back this winter /spring to do so.
