Had a nice holiday with the four of us. Nice accommodation. What we missed is an air conditioner in the living room. Some tiles on the floor are very slippery when wet (shower upstairs, stairs to terrace upstairs, stairs and square to 3rd bedroom below). The outdoor tiles at the last 2 locations get very/too hot in the sun.

For us the 3rd time stayed in this house in a short time and certainly not the last time. Everything is there and perfectly in order. I have been to many rental properties in Calpe before, but most of them are only out to earn ...

For us the 3rd time stayed in this house in a short time and certainly not the last time. Everything is there and perfectly in order. I have been to many rental properties in Calpe before, but most of them are only out to earn as much as possible with as little maintenance as possible.
Here it is completely different, the owners make sure that everything remains in very good condition and put a lot of effort and investment in new things. For example, my wife is sensitive to mosquitoes, but here they have a company come to do a treatment outside to control the mosquitoes. And we can't forget Sonia, the hostess who is always ready and who you can always turn to. Thank you!

We had another fantastic stay in this casa. Of course, the weather is not the fault of the landlord, but everything that the landlord can check, improve and optimize has been done. Now the bathroom in the studio has been renovated, beautiful. And spraying is done for the mosquitoes to minimize that nuisance. When you're busy in the kitchen it's just like at home, everything is available. A Dolce Gusto for the special coffee, plenty of cutlery and crockery. And all of the same thing. I don't think it could be better. Compliments to Sonia who does her best to make the tenant feel at home. Always ready to arrange something. I don't know what could be better.
I feel at home there, in the house and in the village.
Next year again.

We enjoyed this beautiful house with the whole family and granddaughter of 10 months for 7 days, beautiful views, wonderful temperatures and were received by Sonia, such a sweet woman, who also makes sure that everything goes well, all compliments also for her!!
The sea and the cozy restaurants also made our holiday unforgettable.
But eating at the house in the evening was certainly not a punishment, a nice outdoor BBQ and the cozy lighting and the temperature made for long and cozy evenings.
We would definitely like to come back again.

Our stay at Casa Prudentia was in one word: DELICIOUS!

After the tour of the house, we immediately put on our swimwear to take a dip in the pool. Boy, is that nice after such a travel day!!
After a shower under the outdoor shower, we could enjoy a cold drink under the umbrella, which was already ready in the fridge before our arrival.

The house has everything you need. In every bedroom, both upstairs and downstairs in the studio, there is a well-functioning air conditioning.
The kitchen is also fully equipped; Large fridge with freezer, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, oven/grill, microwave, etc.

There were only two of us, but there is also more than enough for children to enjoy themselves.
For us there was a wide range of books and also games, which we certainly used when we sat outside in the evening.

A lot of care and attention has clearly been paid to the Spanish-oriented décor. It's a lot of fun!
And last but not least; It's all super clean!

The Lidl is within walking distance (approx. 15 min) as is the small local supermarket (approx. 5 min). We have also walked to the village or the beach (approx. 25/30 min).There you will find plenty of restaurants and bars where you can have a drink and eat good food (see photo 😁).

You notice that the owners have a lot of care and attention for the house and want to make the tenants as comfortable as possible.
The contact with them is quick and smooth.

All in all, we are super enthusiastic about our stay and we couldn't help but give a 10!

We can't wait to come back again!! ¡Hasta la proxima!

The beach and sea water were lovely. You can look for the hustle and bustle or sit quietly by the pool. Everything was nice and clean. In the living room a large spacious sofa and a very friendly hostess. I don't miss anything there. We had a wonderful time. Fortunately, I was able to make a reservation in September.
