Of course we looked around in the area. Lamb's Head is beautiful, as is Ballingoss. But you don't really have to get in the car for the view: there is no better view than at Scottish Garden, in my opinion. Perhaps different or just as beautiful, but there is no better.

Lovely cottage, stunning views. Good contact with the owners, basic products are for sale in Sneem and Castlecove, larger supermarkets are a bit further away but it is precisely the local that gives extra atmosphere! Great base...

Lovely cottage. Very attractively decorated. We enjoyed the place, the view and the cozy décor. In short, highly recommended.

Super nice location, owners were easy to reach and if there was anything it would be solved satisfactorily.
All in all, definitely worth it.

Beautiful house. Lovely to enjoy the beautiful view in the alcove by the window. It is centrally located on the ring of Kerry. Plenty to do. Communication with the owners was pleasant, respond quickly. The only disadvantage I can mention is that it is 45 minutes from the large supermarket (small in Sneem). And clean, but lots of spiders (webs)

We missed Wi-Fi, but for a business Zoom appointment I was able to divert to the Sneemhotel, where I was well served. Too bad that a garbage bag (5 euros) was not included in the cleaning costs.

During our stay it rained a lot and it was very cold and therefore it was extra nice to have a nice home base.
