Thanks for the good review. Nice that the house was completely to your liking. Too bad you weren't completely satisfied with the hygiene. Unfortunately, I can't control that myself and have to outsource this to the park. Since I didn't get to the park until after the weekend, I couldn't check it in advance.
As you indicated in the booklet in the house, you would like to come back to explore the area, which had not happened now because of the high temperature.

I don't understand the comment that the house would not be suitable for 6 people. The built area of the plot is 75 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen, as well as storage, hall and toilet. So very spacious for 6 people. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Although 1 bedroom is a bit smaller, there are also 2 normal single beds. In short, a house that is suitable for 6 people. Incidentally, this was also described on the website and can be seen on the photos posted there.
We have been in contact about the clogged drain. Since the problem was reported on Sunday and there was a plunger in the house, I had asked the tenant if they wanted to try to solve it themselves. Then it would be solved the fastest. If not or if it didn't work out, I would send someone. Unfortunately, the tenant does not mention that they have received compensation for the cleaning costs because of the inconvenience.
I'm a bit surprised about the dead insects. We installed mosquito nets throughout the house two years ago. That was not necessary.
I find it very annoying that there was a bad smell in the house, probably because of dogs that are allowed in this house.
The cobwebs and oven should have been seen by the cleaning service. As indicated in the information provided, the tenant could have reported this to the reception after arrival so that it could still be resolved. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
Too bad it wasn't entirely to your liking.
