We have been living in Spain with great pleasure since May 2000. We now have four school-aged children. Kristel owns WoodFactory and Hugo owns Element Homes and Element Realty.

We like to share our experiences in the Marbella area with others and because Marbella is the perfect place for a wonderful holiday we have a few properties for rent. Our houses have been tastefully renovated and furnished and are located in good locations. Our guests are assured of a top stay!
