We enjoyed our holiday at Casa Timo. The house is TOP and so is the location.
The house is large and nicely decorated. There are many cozy sitting areas around the house. The pool is large and you have sun all day long.

By car you can quickly reach the shops and all kinds of activities.
The communication with the owners went very smoothly. Really nice.
We highly recommend it. 👍

Had a pleasant stay! Spacious house with garden and pool in a quiet area of Javea. Several terraces. Sun all day on the terrace at the kitchen, from breakfast to aperitif. Heating and fireplace available, which is a must in spring and autumn. Spacious swimming pool with plenty of berths all around. You can walk from the house to the sea and playa arenal. Practical and simply furnished.

We spent two weeks in Casa Timo and enjoyed it immensely. It is a nice house, with a fantastic garden with swimming pool.
All amenities are a short distance away. By car it is a matter of minutes, but even on foot most facilities are easy to do if you want to leave the car at home. The beach and restaurants on the boulevard are half an hour's walk away, the nearest small supermarket fifteen minutes. By the way, we were surprised at what this "neighborhood supermarket" has to offer, you don't even have to go to a larger supermarket to get through two weeks.
The owner has entrusted the management to a Dutch manager who has a small business in it together with his wife, and they do a fantastic job. They are easily accessible if you have any questions and ensure that the maintenance of, for example, the garden and the swimming pool are properly arranged. So compliments to MMC Properties as well.
All in all highly recommended as far as we are concerned, we thought it had a good price/quality ratio.

The only thing this house lacks is air conditioning given the small temperature difference between day and night, otherwise it is perfect. Nice area if you are by car, very nice places such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea and a little further away Benidorm.

Fantastic property!! Wonderfully quiet!! Only thing is a driveway plate to enter. We had a child in an electric wheelchair with us and it was difficult for him to enter from the street, so we quickly got a seat at the Brico and then he could go in!! Plate has been left behind so I can use it for that now!! Other than that, I enjoyed it fantastically!!! Thank you!!!!!
