What a nice house! Cosily furnished with many surprisingly nice details. Very complete. The beds were excellent, we slept wonderfully. The location at the border triangle was nice to explore Austria as well as Italy and Slovenia. Especially the Triglav national park is beautiful. The owners were well and easily accessible if needed.

Had very nice weather. Around this time, a lot is still closed. That was no problem for us.

Everything is close by.
Slovenia, Italy and the lakes.
Lake Wörthersee has been our favourite for 35 years

The house is in the beautiful location. You just have to be lucky with your neighbors, they were quite noisy because of a lot of children.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic house!

With the chairlift you can easily reach the border triangle with fantastic views. (with churn card for free)

Lovely spacious garden with several sun loungers and a lovely hammock. We could have enjoyed ourselves for another 2 weeks with all the sights in Italy and Slovenia.

Beautiful and complete house. Quiet area and lots to do within a maximum 1 hour drive. Very nice that you are quickly in Italy or Slovenia.
Landlords are very helpful with tips.

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks with 2 young children. The house is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The large garden is wonderfully green with always sun and a nice cold stream. We sat under the porch every night.

There is a lot of fun to do in the area: swimming in the Ossiacher See, cable cars, waterfalls, the beautiful wurzer and vrsic pass. Nice cities such as villach and Ljubljana.

In short, a wonderful place for a holiday.

It is a nice base for various activities. A day trip to Slovenia (Ljubljana, Bled, Vintgar Gorge) is also very doable.

Nice spacious cottage, fully equipped. Nice central location directly on ski lift to 3 country point. Many possibilities for trips which are easy to reach (by car). Also a lot of info available in cottage.

Nice house with excellent facilities. Clean and in fine condition. Two bathrooms is ideal. Kitchen is complete. Good location in relation to the cable car to the 3 country point. Ideal as a base, the highway is only 5 minutes away. Beautiful surroundings, there is plenty to do. As a downside: there is not much privacy in the garden because the adjacent houses and associated gardens are close to each other. There are a total of 4 semi-detached houses at this location. Owners have wanted to provide this with a 'lounge area' further down the garden. All in all, a great place to spend your holiday.
