Highly recommended! Enjoyed it for a month. Quiet neighborhood. Cottage is fully equipped. Patio and roof terrace (view!) are wonderful places in the sun. Air conditioning heating on chilly evenings fine. Car is handy for supermarket visits. But to Alicante/Benidorm you can easily go by tram. Nice communication with Mark and Anne where necessary, thanks!

We had a wonderful stay in the nice neighborhood of alkabir. The apartment had absolutely everything, even a washing machine. From the roof terrace beautiful views over the sea. Perhaps not very convenient for disabled people because of the stairs in the house and the shower rooms. Communication was top notch and key handover also went great! Recommended!

We had a fantastic holiday, the cottage was perfect with plenty of beds.

The cottage is equipped with what you need. The location was perfect to be able to go in all directions by car. The beach and supermarkets are close by. The pool was a winner, especially for our children. The air conditioning is a must. The host Carlos, just for him we would definitely come back. Friendly, helpful and correct.

The key handover was perfectly arranged. It was very nice that the beds were made on arrival.
Everything else was there. You never missed out. It was, in one word, fantastic!

Location was fine, we had a car and could go in all directions from the cottage. Beautiful beaches nearby. Large supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi in the neighborhood. There is a nice swimming pool in the park itself. Cottage equipped with washing machine which was a luxury. All rooms air conditioning, you do need that! TV with Netflix. We enjoyed it! Bathroom a bit musty, but that's hard to prevent. Everything clean! We hope to be able to come back again. While turning on the kettle, the fuses blew, so I sent an app to ask where the fuses were. A response within five minutes. Top arranged and easily accessible. Furnishing a bit dated, but clean and fully equipped.

Nice holiday home close to the beach and Alicante. Also a nice communal pool. Worth repeating
