In the meantime I have been home for another day and have already been completely swallowed up by the work left behind and so secretly longing a bit back.

A 'warm' welcome by tenant Hans with a drink and a detailed explanation of the region and possibilities.
If requested, Hans will send you all kinds of tips and must-sees via the app. Very handy. That's why I did and saw a lot. But most of all, I enjoyed it. A car is therefore recommended as you are just outside the village of Javéa.
In the beginning a bit 'anxious' whether you actually have privacy because Hans lives under the apartment, but believe me, you don't notice that.
Windows, doors and curtains are closed and if you want privacy, he respects that. But if you want tips and a nice conversation, you have also come to the right place with Hans because he is just a nice cool guy.

Cottage nothing to complain about for us. Well, it is not a super villa with all the comforts, but the price is also according to that, simple. It is clean, neat, crispy blue pool, plenty of shade for e.g. breakfast or lunch. Everything is neatly taken care of with all conveniences and if Hans doesn't have it, he takes care of it, we have noticed.
And a breathtaking view over the valley and mountains around the cottage.

Experienced and done a lot in 2 weeks but never seen enough. So next year we will just come again to enjoy the surroundings, cottage and hospitality of Hans.

We enjoyed the beautiful house of Hans for 2 weeks in July. The apartment on the second floor is very neat and equipped with all facilities, and spacious enough for 4 people. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which was nice for some cooling at night. There is a terrace with table and chairs and parasol on the floor of the apartment. We liked to have breakfast there. Furthermore, the large garden with several terraces was wonderful to stay. The pool is beautiful, with lovely sunbeds with cushions and umbrellas for the necessary shade. We also used the barbecue. The terrace by the barbecue is in the shade in the evening, it was a great place to eat. It was also super nice that Hans allowed us to borrow beach chairs and umbrellas for visits to the beach. Beautiful bays and larger beaches are a 15-minute drive away. Nice towns and beautiful surroundings. There is plenty to see and do. Hans has given a lot of tips about restaurants, beaches, walks, activities, etc. The contact with Hans was very pleasant and he gave us a lot of privacy at the house. The house is in a nice neighborhood and quiet area. There is a lot of privacy in the garden, no view from neighbors at all. Really lovely to relax here after a day out. We would go back there in a heartbeat for another holiday!

We stayed here for a few days in early spring. Always had very good contact with Hans (landlord) prior to the trip for any questions. Were received hospitably by him and gave us many tips that we also used. Beautiful floor with all facilities and with a beautiful view. Pool is fantastic, was still too cold now. Bicycles were ready so we actually did the whole area by bike. Ask Hans about nice restaurants, he knows plenty and he's right. They were superb. When we left, we had a nice chat while enjoying a fresh orange juice from his own garden! Definitely worth it. We will be back sometime in September!

Everything you need during a holiday is available in the apartment and it is also good to stay at the pool.

Had a really great holiday! Hans is a top host! We felt right at home and really enjoyed the apartment, the pool and couldn't get enough of the beautiful view. My 3.5-year-old son keeps asking when we are going to that other house, that says it all! Javea is also a really great location on the Costa Blanca.
Really hope to come back sometime!

In the period June 9 to June 23 we celebrated our holiday in this accommodation. The Villa is located in a quiet residential area near (5-10 min) the seaside resort of Javea and other nice sights. As you can see in the photos, there is a beautiful swimming pool and the terrace is fully equipped. In the morning you can pick fresh oranges and lemons in the garden behind the pool to enjoy for breakfast. In the seaside resort of Javea you can go to the beach and there are plenty of nice and affordable restaurants. The landlord can tell you everything about the area and has countless tips for nice restaurants and the most beautiful places. For us it was an ideal holiday because of the luxury and privacy in and around the house, the nice beaches in the area and the town of Javea.
