Hello, we were with 2 families in the house last August, we have had 2 wonderful weeks in the house, house is equipped with wonderful beds, air conditioning, oven, washing machine
And a nice swimming pool. From start to finish, the contact with Anita has been very good, top and as it should be.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the caretakers because the house seems to be a bit remote, the house is located at the end of a road on the mountain and is completely surrounded by trees and lots of privacy, lovely with beautiful views, you are by car within 5 minutes on the coastal road from where Altea and Calpe can be reached within 10 minutes, as well as the supermarket Masymas.
This house is definitely recommended.
In any case, we enjoyed !!!

This house was perfect for us. The two apartments in 1 house also allow you to take your rest if necessary, but upstairs it is spacious enough to live with 8 people. Ideal for us, because my parents-in-law were with us.

This house was perfect for us. The two apartments in 1 house also allow you to take your rest if necessary, but upstairs it is spacious enough to live with 8 people. Ideal for us, because my parents-in-law were with us.
The house is pretty much at the end of a secluded street in the hills (car is necessary). Plenty of peace and privacy, but still within 10 to 15 minutes by car in Altea and Calpe. A 30-minute drive away are Moraira and Villajoyosa, two nice authentic towns.

The house has many seating areas and lounge areas. Benches, loungers, chairs and a lounge area. At any time of the day you can catch the sun's rays or seek the shade.

The presence of a washing machine and dryer was a major plus for us.
Our son (almost 2 years old) was with us and this went fine, but we have to be careful. The upstairs terrace is mostly fenced, but the way to the stairs is open. Furthermore, the pool is not completely closed with a gate and there are steps and a very steep driveway. This makes it more challenging for (parents of) an enterprising toddler :)

All in all, a very nice house where, if we go in that direction again, we would book again.
