The lodge with its spaces and facilities was more than excellent and far exceeded our expectations. Extremely suitable for dogs. We were received very kindly and advised and helped in a very pleasant way. Worthy of a compliment. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back! Highly recommended for people who love peace, luxury and nature.

This was honestly a week of "unwinding" on the Holterberg! What a lovely and nice place to be. Both the stay and the surroundings are beautiful. Wonderful walking tours, even a nice car puzzle tour through the Hof van Salland, where you also pass beautiful places. In the evening, enjoy the hot tub and stargazing. See you next year Gea!

Very neat and beautifully located holiday home with a very spacious garden, located in the middle of the forest ON the Holterberg.
We were warmly welcomed by the owner who, after a tour of the cottage and the grounds, handed over the keys for a relaxing week in Holterberg.
The rooms are spacious enough for up to 4 people, the small but functional kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave-oven combination, fridge with freezer). Bathroom is spacious and the bedroom very spacious.
Waking up with the chirping birds on your right ear.
The garden is also very spacious (they should provide a map ;) ). A short walk through the garden takes you to the swimming pool where it is good to stay when it is nice and warm.
What just stands out is the silence and tranquility that the area has to offer.

In any case, we enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this accommodation for duos and/or small families.

We enjoyed it so much. Clean and nicely decorated house. Everything is there. But the large beautiful garden and pool are really the icing on the cake. What a party. Owner Gea is also a gem. See you next time!

Great cottage with a beautiful and very large forest garden and completely fenced so ideal for the dog(s). The car cannot be parked directly at the house, but there is a wagon ready for luggage and groceries. Swimming pool is l...

Great cottage with a beautiful and very large forest garden and completely fenced so ideal for the dog(s). The car cannot be parked directly at the house, but there is a wagon ready for luggage and groceries. Swimming pool is located a bit from the cottage and can be reached via a forest path. It is a forest garden so there are some pine cones on the paths. The friendly owner lives on the plot next door, but privacy is guaranteed by the fence and vegetation. We had a wonderful holiday and booked again for next year.

The wonderful space and privacy make every day a relaxing holiday experience. The house may not be big, but everything is there and works well. We felt right at home and would like to come back often!
