We are Philippe & Eric and sold our apartment on the Belgian coast in 2016 and decided to buy something in Spain.

After viewing countless apartments, we ended up here by chance in November 2016 and immediately fell in love with the beautiful view. We renovated everything in January 2017 to make it a top apartment and it was a success!

Because we both work in the home decoration and fashion industry, we have decided to offer others the opportunity to use Residence Montesol when we are back in the Netherlands.
