Lovely house to celebrate your holiday. Decorated with taste and with love. We rented the house and the studio underneath for our daughter and son-in-law. It's nice to celebrate a holiday together, but still have our privacy.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the caretaker who lives nearby. They gave good tips and were there for us.
The location is great; In a few steps you are on the water with a beautiful view over the sea. We always started the day there with a cup of coffee on a bench. With Trogir and Split nearby, Kastel Novi is an ideal base. In addition to these 2 beautiful cities, there are plenty of other beautiful towns, nature reserves and bays in the area. In Kastel Novi itself there are several good restaurants and cozy terraces on the water. There is a friendly, friendly atmosphere.

Already used the house/apartment Vila Feniks a few times in the summer and now once in the spring. Again we had a great time, enjoyed the surroundings and good temperatures around 26 degrees. The only downside was that Kastle Novi and surrounding places were not yet completely ready for the tourists, such as the beaches, some restaurants/bars and the entertainment over the water, but open enough to eat well and sit comfortably during the day and evenings. You can go in all directions from Kastle Novi by car that you can rent nearby and a big advantage is that the bus stop is around a 7-minute walk and takes you to Trogir and Split within a short time.

Everything well arranged, beautiful spacious holiday home, cozy and neatly furnished in a prime location! Definitely worth repeating.

After a long time of a lot of stress and hard work, this was no better way to unwind together with my boyfriend. The surroundings and nature are idyllic, you are really in a completely different world. And then the cottage that is cutely tucked away in a beautiful alley, overlooking the beautifully clear sea and a view of Split. This is definitely worth a visit. You can go to Trogir, which also has a fairytale atmosphere, or to Split for shopping, you can also do a super nice boat trip to the different islands. Or stay in the area around the house, where you can go to the stand, eat delicious food or enjoy nature and the clear sea!

We had a wonderful week in the home of the Kos family. Everything was well organized and the contact with the landlord was extremely pleasant. The house is in a fantastic spot, close to Split and Trogir and within a few minutes you are on one of the beaches in the castles. We enjoyed!

Vila Feniks, what a lovely place. Everything you need and more, in an attractively furnished apartment. When you step out the door, you are immediately on the boulevard of the characteristic Kastel Novi. Serene tranquility in the morning (see photos), cozy bustle in the evening. For us it was a super place, for a blissful holiday.

The house exudes hospitality, everything has been thought of, it is clearly palpable that the (very friendly!) owner wants to share your happiness in them. And it worked! The house is located in the middle of the village with sea views, everything is within walking distance, coffee bars, restaurants, shops, market, beach etc. Split and Trogier are easily accessible by boat and bus, but a car can also be rented and cycling along the coast is also recommended. (if they also build the last 10 km you could cycle from Trogier to Split). In short, very much worth the effort!
