What a wonderful time we had in Vila Feniks. The cottage is neatly furnished, the beds sleep wonderfully, the house is equipped with WiFi which was very pleasant for the children. The house is clean and well maintained.
It is located in a beautiful place with picturesque streets and old buildings. The bakery is around the corner and I sat every morning at 06.30 am with a cup of freshly brewed filter coffee at the Riva, enjoying the view and the tranquility. Various facilities such as supermarkets and catering establishments are nearby. Beach is within walking distance, do bring a mat from the house because the beach consists of gravel and pebble.
From Kastel Novi there is plenty to do and see in the area. Split and Trogir are beautiful places to visit. The island of Ciovo has a few nice beaches and the town of Omis is definitely worth a visit. For the really nice beaches, drive out of the city for a while and then at some point follow the old road and not the main road.
In terms of food, cooking yourself is of course an option, we have often eaten at Intrada, wide choice from the menu, good quality food for a good price. Focus is also a good restaurant where you can eat delicious pizzas.
We had a wonderful holiday and hope to return to Vila Feniks, to discover even more from Croatia.

What a nice place Kastel Novi is, and what a beautiful location of the house! Beautiful sanitary facilities and cooking facilities (although you don't make much use of them with such nice restaurants and terraces in the area!)
Where the key is picked up there are also very friendly and helpful people.
What was a pity for us, the weather conditions were not as expected during our stay, but with a city like Split nearby and a beautiful town like Trogir, there is plenty to do and explore in the area.

What an atmosphere in and around these beautifully renovated apartments. Villa Feniks is located 100 meters from several cozy terraces right by the sea and a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach (with showers and changing cabins). Every morning you can go to the market, 3 min. fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. Behind the apartments is the old town with a delicious bakery. We filled the days with lots of swimming, snorkeling, strolling, eating ice cream and coffee on the boulevard. The accommodation, location, atmosphere and surroundings exceeded our expectations!

We had so much fun in Vila Feniks, we a family with 4 teenagers enjoyed ourselves every day, the lovely sea in front of the door, the delicious bakery in the nice alley. A lovely cottage where we lacked nothing. Well taken care...

We had so much fun in Vila Feniks, we a family with 4 teenagers enjoyed ourselves every day, the lovely sea in front of the door, the delicious bakery in the nice alley. A lovely cottage where we lacked nothing. Well taken care of. The village of Kastel Novi is also very cozy, not too busy but still there is life in the brewery. We are not going to forget this holiday in a hurry. Thank you for allowing us to use your house.

What a nice stay it was in Vila Feniks! The house is cozy and clean, and the location was great for us! Close to the water, restaurants and small shops. The surroundings are also so beautiful! Thanks to the tips of the landlord, we saw beautiful places and ate deliciously! We go back to see more of the area, because a week was just too short 😉
