Actually, the figures show that we absolutely loved this apartment, the location, facilities and the landlords. Everything was just top notch and we enjoyed it and had a great holiday. A particularly luxurious apartment, nicely furnished and practical. A warm and personal welcome, highly recommended!

We were in Javea for the 5th time. First time in this property. The house looks well-kept. The complex is well-kept and very nice to sit on the ground floor and walk to the swimming pool. At the beach Cala Blanca you can snor...

We were in Javea for the 5th time. First time in this property. The house looks well-kept. The complex is well-kept and very nice to sit on the ground floor and walk to the swimming pool. At the beach Cala Blanca you can snorkel beautifully, but water shoes are required. The distance to the beach Arenal is more than the 700 meters that are indicated, about a 20-minute walk. We had the misfortune that during our stay the air conditioning, the dishwasher and the coffee maker broke down. This was solved immediately after reporting. The washing machine will also give up soon. Given the quite high rent, we would have liked it if this had all been in order. The single beds were also not nice to sleep on, the feathers stung our children's backs. We have again had a nice holiday but next time we will choose something that is a bit closer to the sandy beach of Arenal.

Fully furnished house with all conveniences within walking distance of the sea. We had a great time here. During the last week of vacation it became very busy and therefore noisier (the rules such as siesta were no longer observed, this resulted in crowds around the pool all day, so also on the terrace of the cottage which is adjacent to it, further noise because upstairs neighbors started moving chairs at night). We would have liked to have seen the extras on top of the substantial rent largely included the rental price offered. Although we knew that these were different rules from the landlord, we were still surprised by the amount of the additional tax for electricity, bath linen and cleaning.

Property is very complete and cosily furnished. Terrace is really adjacent to the pool which is super nice, especially for children! The pool is of a reasonable size and is well maintained. It is a pity that it is not allowed to be used between 15:00 and 17:00. Location is fine, quiet, but beach and restaurants easily accessible, especially with a car. We had a wonderful holiday in Javea!
