Fantastic apartment! We have been here with our 1.5 year old son for a week and have had a fantastic time. Even toys, beach gear and luxury pampering products are provided. Highly recommended! Lovely box springs and cushions!

Very nice, luxurious and attractive (renovated) apartment. We felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, very clean (smells nice and fresh) and has a nice spacious, cozy balcony with a view of the sea and the street where there is plenty to see. Lovely sandy beach with nice restaurants and shops very close by.
Tiny is very nice and helpful.
In short, highly recommended!

We have just returned from a 2.5 week stay in Vista del Arenal together with our daughters.
What a lovely apartment it is and Tiny, the landlady, is very sweet and helpful. Upon arrival, where she was waiting for us very sweetly, despite our delay, we immediately felt completely at home.
The apartment is exactly as nice and fine, as in the pictures. Everything has been thought of in the house.
We were able to enjoy all the nice beaches and restaurants in the area. Everything you want is also within walking distance.
The Sparta Gym nearby is great for exercising. And don't forget the Woody's across the street, for the best coffee and breakfast in Javea.
Have fun if you're going on holiday there! You will enjoy it immensely.
We have already booked for next year, it went so well.

We stayed in Javea more often but this apartment is the best we have had. Because we usually come in March, we were very happy with the sunny and large terrace. We had sun from 9.30 am until 5.30 pm approximately. There were 5 of us, but everyone had their place, inside but also outside on the terrace. Everything you need is there with lots of extras that you don't expect but are there anyway. The interior also gets a big plus. Very good and large beds and easy showers. The underfloor heating is very pleasant and certainly worth mentioning, just like the curtains that hang there, but which we did not see in the photos beforehand (but are now hanging there) to make it cozy in the evening. We have unanimously decided to return next year to this super nice and beautiful place near the restaurants and would like to thank you again for everything and for the good care, because of Anita and company.

Nicely renovated apartment with central location. Nicely decorated and fully equipped. Landlords clearly have a hospitality background, are super friendly and ensure a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful apartment! Everything is there, including a washing machine and dryer. Ideal apartment to do as a couple or with the whole family. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. There are also very good restaurants there. The apartment is also equipped for small children. There is even a travel cot! We will definitely be back.

What a super apartment this is! The interior is very cozy and neat. Every little thing in the styling has been thought through. There is not a single crumb to be found anywhere and it smells very fresh and delicious.

What a super apartment this is! The interior is very cozy and neat. Every little thing in the styling has been thought through. There is not a single crumb to be found anywhere and it smells very fresh and delicious.
Everything you need can be found in the apartment, even beach chairs and games. Some drinks and snacks will be waiting for you upon arrival. The wifi is good and there is Google Chromecast which is also nice in the evenings.
We were kindly received by Tiny and could contact her with all kinds of questions.
Unfortunately we could not enjoy the beautiful terrace due to the bad weather, but you can sit there when the weather is better. With a view of the sea!
The complex itself also looked neat and you can park your car safely inside the site. You get 2 pairs of keys which is also handy!
If I have to mention a downside, it's that every other apartment is going to be disappointing from now on ;-). We enjoyed it immensely despite the lesser weather and definitely want to come back again!

A fantastic place, close to the beach and fully equipped. In addition, very tastefully decorated, a warm welcome and a nice parking space for the car. What a great apartment!

Super nice apartment and in super location near the beach of Arenal.

The only reason why we didn't give 10 is that the pool is really used by all 40 apartments and not by the indicated 9 and for us the beds were really too hard, but that is of course a personal preference. The apartment is really a winner!!
