A very warm welcome and a beautiful and very tastefully decorated apartment with a lovely balcony where you immediately feel at home. A beer and a glass of wine are already cold in the fridge. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, good beds and pillows and in terms of stuff very complete. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, but also a beach bag, a shopping bag and in the storage room there are lovely sunbeds, beach chairs, umbrellas and even children's toys for the beach, but also a shopping trolley. The private parking is ideal and the garden and pool are perfectly maintained.
With less than 100 meters from the beach and the beautiful and cozy boulevard, the apartment is in a prime location! Supermarkets and bakery are close by.
On the boulevard there are cozy shops, terraces, bars and restaurants, a beautiful wide sandy beach with sunbeds, thatched umbrellas and many climbing and clambering equipment for the children.
In the vicinity of Jávea many sights, nice villages and beautiful bays. In short, a perfect base.
We have fully enjoyed the apartment and everything that Jávea and the surrounding area has to offer for four weeks. Thanks to Tiny and Filippe! It is rightly called Perla de l'Arenal.
We are already looking forward to next year!
