Villa sonnata is a nicely decorated half of double. The cottage is very new, well maintained and attractively decorated. It met all our expectations.
The owners are very friendly and easy to deal with. The same goes for the caretaker and his wife who will meet you on location. There was not a single downside to the house for us, even with careful thought. The room in the attic is a bit difficult to reach, but for our children (5&8) it was doable. If the children are much younger, it can be difficult to reach the attic. Of course, the same applies to when one is a bit older. Since the landlords also provide this information, you can't be surprised upon arrival. We were there from 21 to 28 Dec and the track behind the house was open. We had a great time on the slopes (beginner skiers)
In summer and winter there is plenty to do in the region, although you sometimes have to sit in the car for it.
In short, TOP!! 👍🏼

Villa Sonnata is a great beautiful house!
The decoration is nice and cozy; We felt at home very quickly.
The "sunshades" at the back are also very nice!

The house is in 1 word top! Everything you need for a wonderful holiday is there.
The house was super neat and clean. Centrally located in a nice village. View of a small skiing area but nassfeld a 20 min drive away.

Lovely and clean house, fully equipped. Groceries and swimming pool within walking distance. Nice base to visit many places.

Beautiful, attractively decorated house. Well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, good beds. Nice to have a washer and dryer at hand.

Swimming pool around the corner. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to see and do.
In the surrounding area hiking is included at Mauthner Klamm, Garnitzer Klamm, Grünsee.
With (young) children it is great fun to walk the Aqua trail in Nassfeld.
We had a wonderful holiday.
