Great house and nice that you can sit outside behind, covered. The reception of the caretaker is also very pleasant. You immediately feel welcome.

Lovely, comfortable and clean house (and garden) in beautiful surroundings. Beds, sanitary facilities and kitchen (equipment) are fine.
If the owner would like to improve something, then as far as we are concerned, it should be offering a little more privacy for when you sit outside. How? By extending the partition wall between the terrace and the neighbours and/or planting a higher hedge. Now you partly look at each other's terraces.

The village of Kötschach offers everything you need. Several supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and shops. Also a nice swimming pool for the children.
Lots to do in the area, often a bit of a drive.
House is clean and contact with landlord and caretaker went smoothly.
We had 2 wonderful weeks!

It is a beautiful holiday home that is fully equipped. It is located in a super nice area. The only downside is that you don't have a lot of privacy in the garden (surrounded by other houses). But we enjoyed the beautiful weather and the many trips we made.
