We had a fantastic stay at the Sechoir. Jakko was friendly and attentive and the house is located in the perfect position, only five minutes walk from the village. The pool and the facilities at the Sechoir were great and we hope to stay again soon.

The house is very spacious, very nicely decorated and really equipped with everything. It is beautifully located and the garden with the pool is really enjoyable! The contact with Jakko is going well.

The only downside as far as we are concerned is that it can get very hot, especially at the top. But there are fans.

Sechoir Dordogne is a lovely holiday home. On the edge of a village within walking distance of the Dordogne river and wonderfully 'free' location. The house is very tastefully decorated with several sitting areas and comfortable sofas and chairs. The outdoor area also looks nice. We stayed here in mid-October and that is definitely recommended. Lovely temperatures but not too hot and so still be able to take advantage of the garden with sunbeds! Lotte, our dog, also enjoyed the space in and around the house and the walks along the river (where it is really very quiet). Contact with the owner was also very pleasant. Jakko responds quickly and provided a warm, personal welcome. There was also a bottle of rosé and a basket of fresh eggs in the fridge waiting for us, very thoughtful! We would definitely recommend Sechoir Dordogne. We had a wonderful week there!

What a lovely place and a nice and spacious holiday home. We were with our son and a friend of ours. The reception in the house was very nice, beds made, towels, toilet paper and hand soap everywhere, bottle of rosé in the fridge. Kitchen very complete with even things like an immersion blender and scales. We thought it was a really cozy house with a very spacious garden where our son could stroll around.
The house is a bit noisy, so you have to take each other into account if you are with a group of friends, for example. But in summer you are probably also outside in the evening and then you may not be bothered by that. The beds are lovely, so we slept well.
The boulangerie in the village has croissants and baguettes, but if you want a little more choice, it's better to drive to Ulrich in Lalinde.
The surroundings are really beautiful, according to our son we drove through a fairytale forest all the time. In short, highly recommended if you like space and want to be fully equipped.

A great beautiful house, really beautifully renovated, with a lovely private pool in a quiet area. There is a bakery in the town of Tremolat, so you can get a fresh croissant or a baguette every morning. The surroundings are also beautiful, great to drive around with all those nice little villages. There is always a nice market somewhere and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. But we also wanted to eat at our house, Under the roof of the bar by the pool or just on the terrace you sat wonderfully! It was always 'coming home' to this beautiful house! Who knows, maybe we'll come again!
