The outside of the house looks good, photos on the internet are also promising. However, the necessary items of the interior need to be replaced.
For example, the cabinet in the bathroom is almost falling apart and the shower heads may need to be descaled.
There are pans in the kitchen where the non-stick coating is no longer in order.
Furthermore, there is plenty of crockery available and the dishwasher works excellently.
Too bad the house upstairs has no mosquito nets, lots of flies and mosquitoes in the house because of the pond in the backyard.
Downstairs are 3 bedrooms in "the basement", a bathroom with sauna and washing machine. These rooms are very humid. So moist that mushrooms are just growing in a corner and mold is visible. There was also a dehumidifier. It was already on when we arrived and did its job well. Emptied the bin a few times.
Used the sauna 1x, 1 button at the heater is broken, but the heater works well.
The washing machine works fine, nice that it is present in the house.
The patio doors to the garden cannot be closed properly. The lower lock that was probably set up is missing.
The landlady is very helpful. Asked in advance for some information about the beds, we got a quick answer.
