Very cozy holiday home. We felt right at home. The house was quite clean with a complete inventory. Even washing machine and dryer were provided. Owner always responded pleasantly and quickly. The house is near the water. You can leave your canoe in front of the door in the Ourthe. Surroundings are quite beautiful. Lots of opportunities for hiking.

Had a great weekend! The house and garden are top notch and La Roche-en-Ardennen is also a very nice place to visit. Also e.g. the brewery of La Chouffe is nearby, we have not been to the brewery ourselves but because the weather was very nice we took a 3 hour walk with the dog through the woods of Chouffe with the cozy terrace at the brewery as the final station.

Furthermore, the contact with Leen was great and responded very quickly!

For the 2nd time we had a good stay in the Duikersnest. The location is fantastic with la roche within walking distance. Various hiking trails can also be started from the cottage. The cottage itself is fully furnished and clean. The garden is fenced, which is ideal for the dog. The communication with the landlords is pleasant.

It is a nice cozy house in a quiet place, nicely located on the Ourthe and close to the center of La Roche. Everything you need is there. It was very cold when we arrived, but this was quickly solved with the heaters. Otherwise really a place to come back to, we enjoyed it!!

We had a nice long weekend in the divers' nest. The location is perfect; Nice views from the cottage at both the front and rear. La Roche is within walking distance, so we had fresh bread rolls every morning. There are several hiking trails to start from the cottage.
The cottage itself is well equipped and clean. Ideal that each bedroom has its own sink > no traffic jams in the bathroom ;-). The bath with a view of the starry sky is blissful!
The contact with the landlord was pleasant. The deposit was refunded the same day.
We hope to come back again!

Very nice holiday home! In a very good condition, nice, cozy and attractively decorated. Fully equipped. We had a very nice holiday here. If you like a walk, you can easily reach the village without a car or bicycle. The river is opposite the cottage. The garden is huge and beautifully maintained. The only thing we found a pity was that there was no lounge set but a Hartman garden set, in a good condition with very good cushions, but still, a lounge sofa enjoys just a little more haha. The only thing that couldn't be used was a parasol. It was there, but the foot was no longer usable. On the other hand, the 2 trees on the field also provide shade, so it was there to choose as well. We really enjoyed it here and the contact with the owners went more than well! What we found very special were the little extras everywhere. A nice wooden bucket of scrub supplies, bath salts etc which was ready at the bath and so the whole house was nicely decorated and equipped with very nice or thoughtful extras. On arrival, for example, there was also a nice bottle of wine with a card ready with a personal welcome message on it. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend their holidays in this region!

Fijn huis, prachtige grote tuin. Voldoende zit- en bewegingsruimte. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, je voelt je gelijk thuis. Zeer netjes en verzorgd.
