We had a great week in beautiful weather and will definitely be back! But then we will rent the upper floor, because there is no fence at the bottom, and our dog thought he had to bark at every hiker :-)

Wonderful holiday home! We could walk to the gondola to hike high. Walking to the village to get hot sandwiches. Walking to the lake/swimming pool. The Zillertal is close by and we did a day trip to Italy ourselves. The house itself is fine. The beds sleep well and you have everything you need. However, there is no dishwasher.

The area has positively surprised us for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. It takes some effort in the winter to heat the stove and we also had the damp machines on. But then you get a cozy warmth and a nice way to dry ...

The area has positively surprised us for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. It takes some effort in the winter to heat the stove and we also had the damp machines on. But then you get a cozy warmth and a nice way to dry the ski boots. Communication very pleasant with the owners, we would love to come back. Breakfast in hotel also top.

The only thing we found a bit annoying was the moisture, this at 28 degrees. Won't be nice in more humid weather. Otherwise great, would love to come back!

What could be an improvement is a thermostatic shower, there is still a mixer tap in the shower, very impractical and not economical to use in terms of water consumption and energy.

Lovely quiet apartment. Fully equipped and especially in the summer lovely cool bedrooms. Had a great holiday and will definitely be back. Recommended.

We stepped into the downstairs house and you go back in time. Even an old rotary phone. But everything is neat and clean. Everything is there. There are also beds for sunbathing. The only downside we found was the damp in the house. But when you turn on the machines, it goes a lot better. And stoke the stove. It feels strange to turn on the heater with 30 degrees in your swimming trunks, but in the evening we were happy that it gave some warmth. The house is in a super spot. You can walk straight up the mountain from the house. Quite a walk though. But it can be done.

Super nice house.not modern, but that makes it all the cozier!! Great location for everything to do and discover the area. Had a wonderful week. Nice contact with owners. Definitely come back.!!
