We have had a wonderful stay in villa siesta. The photos and the reality can be completely compared.
2 days before our arrival in Moraira we receive the arrival information from Gino our helpful contact person. Here was everything about our arrival and a small manual.
Overall impression;
A 9 because it feels like home right at the entrance.
Location;
An 8. A great location 5 minutes drive from the house to Moraira town and the supermarket is even closer. Here we could get delicious fresh bread rolls every morning. Walking to the village about 30 minutes downhill. We do recommend a car. The roads to the house are very doable and not steep. The house is at the end of the street, so we hardly heard any cars driving by. But still in a nice street where we don't feel alone. Close to Ifach Golf Course. We had the sun in the garden almost all day (in February), an hour after sunrise and an hour before sunset it was gone. In summer, this will be even better.
Holiday home facilities;
Everything was there, Dutch television upstairs and downstairs. There was music for inside and outside. Kitchen neat with all the trimmings including dishwasher. Outside there is a swimming pool quite large but not yet to be used when we were there (FEB). Downstairs garden, a lovely garden to relax and an ''outdoor living room''. Air conditioners are available that blow both warm air and cold air. This worked excellently within 30 minutes we had the house warm in the evenings.
Furnishing and condition of the holiday home;
Clearly see that the owners put love into the house. Everything is in New condition.
Hygiene;
Everything was clean, nothing to complain about.
Friendliness and service landlord;
After booking through Micazu, we came into contact with the owner Gino. He is in the Netherlands himself, but he tried to help us remotely. He makes sure the house is ready on time. If you have any questions, you can send him a message. From our experience, he always responds within 10 minutes. We were new to the area and he arranged everything, even restaurant reservations!
Price/quality;
We think we paid a fair price.
Of course, there were also some minus points;
Almost always need a car. (taxi to the house from the village € +-5.00) But without a car you can't escape in the Costa blanca, almost with every house this will be the case.
The pool is not yet usable in Feb. But Gino is looking for a solution for this.
For the rest, we were very satisfied.
Pluses:
Unique location
Stunning views
Large plot of land around the house with lots of privacy. House itself is not very big but certainly not small and feels very homely and with 4 people big enough. In Spain you live more outdoors than indoors, even in winter.
Swimming pool.
Beautiful gardens with outdoor living room and barbecue.
Why such a comprehensive review? Because I've worked in the travel world for years and I like to write about it. As I have spoken with Gino, more facilities will be added in the future and even more will change. We are curious and we will definitely be back!

Nice to read that you have been able to enjoy all the facilities and that you think it is a nice house, what if you feel at home! For our winter guests we are coming up with the most suitable solution that they can also enjoy the water when the sun is shining!
