After a complete renovation in early 2026, the villa has been completely renovated inside, so you can enjoy a fresh, modern and carefree holiday.
Enjoy the jacuzzi with a view over the valley, relax in the sun-drenched garden or take a refreshing dip in the spacious swimming pool (10x4m) on the upper terrace. Here you will find comfortable sunbeds and plenty of space to really unwind. The tropical landscaped garden with BBQ and pergola complete the picture for long, pleasant days and evenings.
The villa is completely private and quiet, right next to a protected nature reserve, and yet only a 5-minute drive (or 15-minute walk) from the centre of Moraira.
Inside, everything has been renovated and decorated with care.
The villa has a completely new kitchen, equipped with all conveniences, including wine climate cabinet. The bathroom and toilets have been renewed, so the house now has two toilets for extra comfort. The interior has also been completely renewed: from furniture to crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, everything is fresh, modern and complete, so that you lack nothing. We also have fast fiber optic internet/wifi in and around the house.
On the upper floor you will find the bright living and dining area with air conditioning, fireplace and beautiful views. The living room has Dutch TV and offers views of the pool and nature.
Downstairs are the two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and views of the garden and nature reserve. The master bedroom has a TV with Dutch channels. The second bedroom can be flexibly arranged (twin or double). The bathroom is modern and includes a walk-in shower.
It's great for kids too: a large pool upstairs and play area downstairs make it a great place for the whole family.
In and around Moraira you will find plenty of good restaurants, cozy terraces and beautiful beaches. Whether you want to walk, cycle or simply relax by the sea, everything is within easy reach.
