We had a great time. Apartment is perfect. Heated pool was lovely. The downside is that the Dutch channels are pay channels and unfortunately we could not see Dutch TV.

We have been in the apartment for 11 days. The appearance of the entire complex, the apartment and the location are nothing short of TOP. Everything is present in the apartment and everything is present around the complex.

I would make a welcome booklet with the explanation of everything that is present in the apartment. Then you don't have to figure out everything yourself how things work. Cooling in the small bedroom is also a real "must have".
I can only draw the conclusion that, apart from minor adjustments, this is a great apartment. Would book again without a doubt.

Eating Tips in the area: (Meat) El Molino Blanco (within walking distance) & (Tapas) El Horno de Neptuno (within walking distance) & (Thai's) Botanico (if you follow the walking tip below).
Hiking tip: from the apartment there is a coastal road to Los Cristianos (+/- 35 minutes).

Nice fresh apartment with great large balcony and lovely chairs both inside and outside. A bit of a pity that there is no mattress on the lounger. Dutch TV channels are an advantage. Beds were also too hard for us.

Pools nice and clean. Great restaurant in complex. Landlord responds quickly to questions.

Beautiful spacious apartment with lovely balcony and spacious bedrooms. It is located at the end of the hallway so no problems with neighbors walking by. The location is very good and central, within 5 minutes on the beach and at the promenade with restaurants and shops. Apartment is quiet but only downside is the noise of the garbage collection service every morning at 04:00.
