It is very popular because of its location on the beach, boulevard and the harbor of Puerto Colon where there is always something going on and the terraces and restaurants are pleasantly busy. Tenerife South airport is 15 minutes away, easily accessible by bus.

Complex is located between Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje, in a very lively area. The center is within walking distance, but as soon as you step outside there is plenty of entertainment with beach restaurants, modern clubs, beach, walking paths, park, shops. A supermarket under the Eugenia shopping center is a 2-minute walk away. In the vicinity is a golf course, aqualand, Siam Park (also a luxury shopping center) to make your stay varied and of course a little further away a real volcano, De Teide, which proudly towers above everything. Inland there are still authentic villages, plantations, special flora and fauna.
