Beautiful modernized house, with beautiful attached terrace upstairs. Very quiet location. Large garden with many seating options. Modern bedrooms with good beds. Lovely large swimming pool with (in June already fine temperature) and a unique man cave with smart TV.

It was great again with 14 days of good weather with the lovely house with well-equipped kitchen, lovely swimming pool and stunning sea views. The densely and high-growth garden (in the evening with fairy lighting) is unique with palm trees, banana plants, bougainvillea, oleanders and oranges/lime trees and quinces etc. Excellent wifi.

Very nice house with the most beautiful pool we had so far!
Very good gas barbecue. Plenty of shade and a nice view.
There were too few smaller signs, we thought.
And I would also provide an extra drying rack.

We had a wonderful time in this house in Moraira and I can imagine that this is not the last time we have been there, although we usually change houses every time. The outdoor area is a dream, nothing was missing and we felt really comfortable. The covered garage is also a plus, as the car is in the shade and doesn't get as hot. The air conditioners were very good
and the TV both indoors and outdoors, was great. The distance to the beach was not far, as were the shopping facilities.

We came back from Casa California last Sunday we enjoyed this house with a beautiful pool and the many terraces house itself was top with every bedroom a bathroomthis house is definitely worth repeating

Wonderful stay! Fully equipped. Equipped bbq set, a cozy table fireplace, super clean swimming pool with cocktail bar incl ice cube machine, it really lacks nothing. Many sitting areas around the house to enjoy the peace, birds and sea. Nice walk to the center of Moraira, or climb the Calpe!
