The house has been completely renovated inside and out in recent years, has modern furniture, a modern kitchen and a large renovated terrace (early 2015) with various lounge areas with lots of privacy, a 25m2 new modern balcony (February 2018) with glass balustrade, dining table and lounge. Below the balcony is a 25m2 lounge with mood lighting. The house has two large automatic remote controlled awnings. The newly landscaped garden and terrace of 700m2 is fully fenced and almost the entire terrace enjoys views of the center of Moraira, vineyards and/or the sea.
